I had a fantastic stay with great value for my money. The room was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the train station, and the rooftop foot bath overlooking Mount Fuji was a highlight!

Hotel breakfast could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience.

This hotel is a real gem! The free ramen served nightly is a good touch, along with complimentary coffee and tea available anytime. The cleanliness is impressive, and the staff is professional and responsive. Plus, the location is fantastic for easy access to nearby attractions and the outlet shops.

the modern hotel is clean and offers stunning views of mount fuji, especially from the rooftop foot bath. i loved that the onsen was accessible all night and enjoyed the nightly ramen, along with free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our rooms were close together. the hotel is also a great base for hiking fujisan with ample parking available.
